Our Founder
Our founder, Ms. Varnika Agarwal, is an expert career mentor and training specialist. She is an empanelled Counsellor at the National Career Services (NCS) with the Government of India. She is also a Certified Career Development Facilitator and a Certified Global Career Counsellor from the University of California (UCLA). An enthusiastic mentor, Varnika has helped numerous students and parents on solving their most complex career and parenting dilemmas. Varnika has an extensive experience and an immaculate record of counselling students to achieve successful admission to world's top universities across USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia and Singapore.
Being a computer engineer and an MBA from S.P.Jain, she has worked extensively both India and abroad across industries like IT, Retail, Electronics, Education and Art for over nine years. While working successfully in the corporate sector across various roles was intellectually stimulating for her, she particularly enjoys her role as a mentor. Varnika finds her passion for mentoring students soulfully fulfilling and enriching. She wants to impact the young minds to achieve their potential with her empathetic touch, rich knowledge base and varied industry experience.
